For current Online and Mobile Banking users, your login name will remain the same. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your identity and update your password.

For mobile app users; after updating/downloading the Mobile Banking app, click the change password link to confirm your information and change your password.

For new Online and Mobile Banking users, you’ll need to complete the enrollment process and establish a new user name and password.

Having trouble logging In?

To access Digital Banking from both your mobile phone and desktop computer, your username must be at least 8 characters. Username is not your name but online ID and is not case sensitive. Password is case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters - at least 1 number, at least 1 lowercase letter and at least 1 uppercase letter. If your existing username is less than 8 characters, please replace it to meet the minimum requirement.
